This paper is the second part of a study on the integration of French and English borrowings in Biali. This part is a phonologic one which examines the processes that allow borrowings to go through the phonological system of Biali. Altogether, phonological processes such as vocalic and consonantic insertion, vocalic and consonantic merger, syllabic merger and consonantic changes are used to allow the borrowing units to integrate into the phonological system of Biali.
